By accessing or using TwoPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use TwoPulse for personal or commercial service monitoring purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in TwoPulse
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of TwoPulse, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TwoPulse to:

  • Monitor services that you do not own or have authorization to monitor
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that TwoPulse will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service unavailability.

6. Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and keeping it up to date.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TwoPulse or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use TwoPulse, even if TwoPulse or a TwoPulse authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
